For a millenia, a half-mortal boy blessed with great power protected the world of Ageos, along with an angelic figure; a guardian, that protected him in turn. Nobody thought a short boy like him could accomplish what he had. He was indeed powerful, the greatest channel they had ever seen. The world fell into dismay when the boy, Joshua Mavis, was killed, and the guardian, Avadvriel, was not able to protect him. Avadvriel crumbled without him, blaming himself. He refused to fulfill his duties, locking himself away from the world. Then, he was summoned by the queen, who'd told him that the new Channel had appeared; and that it was her son, Jaire, that the gift had gone to. Avadvriel was forced to raise the boy. He taught him everything he'd once taught the former channel, but it was different with him. Joshua was brave, controlled, precise, and powerful, but Jaire was not. He was clumsy and shy boy who often caused more conflicts in the world than what they'd started off with. Avadvriel still had hope in the clumsy boy, despite it all, even when everyone looked down at Jaire. Nobody believed in him, but then again, nobody thought that the one before him could accomplish everything they never excpected him to.

This story follows Alex, a young boy who is unexpectedly thrust into a world of danger and mystery when he is pursued by a group known as the Hunters. Initially, Alex believes he's just an ordinary kid, but as the story unfolds, he learns that he's connected to something far greater-something ancient and powerful. The Hunters are after him because of what he is, not just who he is, and they believe he holds the key to a power that could reshape the world. As Alex journeys through the mountains with his companion, Jack, he faces increasingly perilous situations. Along the way, Jack reveals pieces of the truth-Alex is not just any ordinary person, but someone who holds a power that others want to exploit. Jack has been protecting him for years, keeping him in the dark for his safety, but now, with the Hunters closing in, Alex must make a choice: continue running and hiding, or face the truth about himself and the power within him. Throughout the story, Alex grapples with the weight of his newfound identity and the responsibility that comes with it. The mountains, the storm, and the constant pursuit of the Hunters serve as metaphors for Alex's inner journey-he must confront the parts of himself he's been avoiding, understand his purpose, and make a stand against those who would use his power for destruction. In the end, Alex chooses to face his fate head-on, no longer running from what he is, but embracing the strength and potential he has inside. The story is about self-discovery, overcoming fear, and stepping into one's true power in the face of overwhelming odds.
