This is practically a diary. I reveal everything and I know I'm going to regret it.
I rant about my life over and over again, especially to counsellors/ therapists/ whatnot so instead of constantly explaining my life over and re opening wounds I'm writing it all down.
I'm going to write everything that I can't tell people face to face. Things I'm embarrassed about or things I lied about.
