Where Do The Freaks Go After The Show? Every city has its hidden cracks - places only the unwanted know how to find. These aren't just humans with deformities; they're something else. Twisted bodies warped by supernatural afflictions - extra limbs that claw at the air like starving dogs, flesh that bubbles and reforms, teeth growing where no teeth should be. After each show, the performers vanish from public eye. They retreat to The Outskirts Sanctuary, a half-ruined, bloodstained compound just outside the city's border, where the real carnage begins.

Where do you go when you have that dark repressed desire that you need to release? Where do you go if the society that you're living in considers you a monster because of what you seek? In this story, Circus offers you a safe haven where you can freely satiate your hunger for your kinks and fetishes. But be warned, Circus acts can be extreme and deadly.
