As the world's first superheroine, college student Margaret Vickers fills her after school hours combating thugs and saving those in need. Using the name Ken-Neko, Margaret, with the help of the only other hero in the city, Sync, seeks to fight crime and get cheap thrills in the process.

When a contract comes down the line to hunt down and kill Ken-Neko, Gabriel and company will stop at nothing to collect the billion dollar pay-out.
