This story, is about a young Cara who is obsessed with the sea and has dreams of being a mermaid swimming freely in the deep blue seas. But what she doesn't know is that she's the chosen one, who has to stop a set of evil humans from getting to the forbidden fruits and bring distraction to the world.
Kimron her best friend who is also a merman will help her during her quest, and is keeping all this a secret, until her 18th birthday when the moon is in line with the moon pool, and the amulet begins to shine, giving the signal that the time is here. But until then he protects her from the humans trying to stop her before she can fulfil her destiny, an also giving her little hints every day without her realising.
That just goes to show if you think hard enough, focus on what you do, set goals one higher than the last , believe and most importantly trust ur intuition you can achieve anything. Your dreams will become a reality. #BELIEVE ♡

Mermaids are real, and unlike humans they have powers. Every mermaid is matched with an element when they are born, its not there choice but the worlds in a way, you see the mermaids tail color tells them their element and powers some are more powerful with it and other's not so much to useless. Green tails mean their element is Nature and earth, orange and yellow is light, purple is shadows, pink is wind and then there is blue for water and red for fire. But, when a princess is born with a tail holding 5 out of 6 of the elemental colors and starts getting hunted at the age of one. There was only one thing the king could do to keep his precious babygirl safe and that's what he had done. Amelia Light was adopted at the age of one. Knowing the truth she feel's that these people are her real family even if they aren't by blood. Living a normal life with a loving family and an annoying older brother, Amelia never expected her life to change in the way it did. She had grown up to love the water, she could always hold her breath for a long time and the people around her would always be filled with shock and bewilderment but, to her it was normal. At the age of 5 Amilea could hold her breath for a minute but as she gotten older it changed when she was 10 she could hold it for 5 minutes easy! Now that she is turning 16 soon she can hold it for almost and I mean almost 10 minutes. She had loved everything about it but the summer after she turned 15 some.. Monsters and mythical creatures are real. They are very real indeed, as well as magic. We just can't see it... There is an island on our world, one where they roam and have their own sophisticated society, mostly keeping to themselves. Mostly. One of these creatures is named Bianca. She has to travel to where the humans live, that's where she gets her food. One day, she goes in for the kill like normal, but can't continue. On the way home, she kept asking herself over and over again, "Why couldn't I kill him?" After realizing she has fallen for him, she returns to her hunting spot.
