The Elementals: A Story of Fire and Ice

This is a world of Elements. A world split into four islands: Terra the Isle of Earth and Wind, Ignis the Isle of Fire, Aquarius the Isle of water, and Glacies the Isle of Ice and Snow. Monarchies rule over these islands and the royal bloodline is made up of those with powers over the elements. They are the Elementals.

In a world like this you can imagine that there are many stories to tell, but this is one of two elements who have been sworn enemies for years. This is a story of Fire and Ice.
An Ingnisean and a Glacean's lives are thrown together, a pairing that might start a war. Between the kingdoms and possibly themselves. But they have a much worse problem to deal with than their prejudices. A problem that might result in their whole world being in danger.
Is the question: What is this danger?
Or is it: Can these two work together long enough to defeat it without one of them getting burned or the cold shoulder?
After all, it's a fact that Fire and Ice just don't get along.

Or will these two prove everyone wrong?
