Charlotte Crain is a not-so-typical country cowgirl. She lives in the small town of Arcul, Texas not even on the map.

Now, on the outside she's a charming little princess, but on the inside, she has many curious things going on. She's a mysterious little thing, putting on her best fake smile just to get through the day. Despite this, everyone in Arcul loved her. She was the small town's pride and joy. So what happens when an international popstar and his friends' tourbus happens to break down right in the middle of that small town?

Add that to her list of problems like her ex-boyfriend still in love with her, her ill, bipolar, and harsh mother trying to set her up with wealthy nobles, her father's death just a short while ago, and all the usual high school drama, and what do you get?

Well, whatever it is, it's certainly not anything good.....
