The Thief

Alex had a bad beginning, something we all would dread.

Drunk dad.
Mom murdered.
Literally being scarred for life.
Runaway at 7.

But he tried to make the most of it.

After running away, he headed north to New York, where he began his life as a thief in the streets. At 16, he and his best friend Nicholas 'Nick' Flemming, at 17, are the two best thieves in the Big Apple. You need it, they can get it within a day, no questions asked.

But life is never easy, especially after Nick's stepsister, Emma Hall, coincidentally one of Alex's old sweethearts, shows up, after running away from her father, Nick's stepdad. That's when all the trouble happens.

Given a task to pull off an impossible robbery, Alex must, with the help of Nick, face hiss mission, survive, save and hopefully get the girl, and embrace his old childhood nickname for his new identity;
