SMERALDO: The Untold Story

Have you heard the story behind Smeraldo flowers?

There's a story called, 'La Città di smeraldo' that takes place in a small town in Italy in the 1500s-1600s where a man locked himself up in a castle alone because of its unpleasant appearance. He never opened his heart to everyone 'cause he knows he will just receive loathe and brutality. His only happiness was to plant various flowers in his garden.

One day a young lady appeared in his territory to steal his flowers and this made the man not to control his temper. This continued for several nights. Curiosity hits him because of that lady. He followed her way to where the girl came from and found out that she's selling those flowers to earn some money to help her family.

The man wants to help her, but he's afraid to show himself to her. Instead, he made a flower that doesn't exist on the planet, so the lady could sell them into a bigger price.

After many attempts, he made a beautiful flower out of this world. It's very beautiful. He filled these flowers in his garden, but she never came back. He waited for a long time, but eventually, he found out that she's already dead.

Is it a tragic story, right? Many ideas have run in your mind already don't you? Questions that can't be answered.
So why not I will make it more interesting? Shall I make it a love story? A Tragic one? Mystery? Why not? Let me make a twist in that story. Instead of an ugly man, he will become a murderer. Instead of the young lady died, I will let her live.
