This story takes place after Joey and Yugi graduate high school. Joey is working at a bike shop and trying to save up enough money to escape his troubled home life while Yugi takes a year off before going to university to figure things out. During this time, Yugi learns that there is much more to his best friend than he could have ever imagined and their relationship grows stronger because of this. This an AU and  story does not  follow the YGO storyline.  Yami Yugi is not a part of this fic. 

I don't know if this story will be any good, but the lack of wishshipping fics is a bit sad, so I decided to write my own. I've never publicly posted anything I've written so I will be extremely grateful to anyone that takes the time to read this, also constructive criticism is always welcome. Thank you.

This is not a boy x boy story. I wanted to say this since this story of mine has been added to guy x guy reading lists in the past even though it's not this kind of story. About the story, young Seto acts like Joey in this sometimes because his younger self reminded me of Joey a little bit, but don't worry. 'Do not own Yugioh, if i had, then Yami would NOT be dead, again' I seem to have a bit of a problem with this so I just wrote it here. COMPLETED.
