Blue Wolf is any other mercenary that knows the battlefield as much as the next soldier. Taken indiscriminately as a teenager and used as a variable to become a perfect soldier by an infamous organization. When recovered and sent to train as special forces in Italy, she realizes how lacking her identity is and defects from the special forces to learn about herself. The PATRIOTS system and CIPHER's involvement in it before the GW system's fall.
Now, personally trained by the legend, Solid Snake, in 2015 to complete several missions concerning arsenal development and exposing the truth that lead up to her defecting.
Before Old Snake's passing, he had taken up a few other students of various origins and ranges to pass his skills down. No different from one to the other, each member having to rely on each other bit by bit. Tasked personally serve an important role in the conclusion of their final mission: Destroy the last of the past and regain who they are.
Before they do, they turn to an old ally and friend of Old Snake's for assistance.

Earth has Fallen, it's as simple as it states. Ten years prior, They came. The Tephra, came to Earth intending to take over the life baring Planet. A humanoid species more advanced in weaponry, skills and knowledge than the Human race; looked to make it their home. Countries leaders refused to allow such a thing to happen and war soon ensued. Countless lives wasted to the attack when peace and coexistence could have been an option. Human's, losing, resorted to no other option then chemical warfare. Lieth was born in Scottland and migrated to America as a child when she was ten years old, Ten years before the invasion. She was now 30yrs old. The chemical used in the war completely altered her genetic makeup. She stopped growing upon becoming infected and the effects were permanent. The chemical also caused her hair roots to stain a deep green hue giving her a more inhuman hair color. Her eyes defined her the most. They were a brilliant shade of Ember, like flames in a fire. Kaija was Heir to his Father's Reine. The Tephra were a very tall, fit, Agile and fast, clearly built for hunting. They also stopped aging once they hit adult-hood. Dying only due to sickness, accidents or being slain. Kai's hope was to hopefully unite both races, by force if needed. Kai had long white hair that went past his hips. His skin was a tannish cream tone, a scar over his left eye. He had an agile black tail that was adorned in gold armor. Long pointed elf-like ears. He wore black armor with gold trimming that was protective against attacks of any kind, but was very light making it easy for him to move around. Armored boots adorned with climbing spikes and gloves that exposed his razor-sharp claws. The most distinctive feature of all was the golden skill mask he wore that shown is crystalline blue hues.
