Theodora is having a hard life so far. When she was younger, her father and brother got into a car crash leaving her with her mother. Her mother was then depressed and became an abusive drunk. Some years later, the dead rose and began to feed on the living. When her mother leaves her for dead, her neighbors and close family friends, the grimes family, decides to take her in. Her and Carl are already close, but now they get closer. Is there in upside to this tragedy? Maybe... Newfound love? Or is it all just a lie? His role model just so happened to be his dad's best friend and partner at the station, Shane Walsh. Carl was content with his life. What more could he want? Emily Walsh was a good girl. She would anything to please her mother, who was never around. Straight A's, teacher's pet, the quiet student who never got in trouble, etc. Though she didn't have friends, she excelled in school. Home life was quite different. Her mother was an EMT for the city of Atlanta and worked long hours, leaving Emily home alone with her studies and Ms. Ella, her nanny. Emily's father was a sore subject that her mother would never speak of. As far as Emily knew, her father didn't know she existed, but that would change... By fate, Carl and Emily meet, but only by a tragedy. Their lives are shaken up and rearranged. Not only does their first impression and encounter suck, but so does their future. As time goes on, they see each other as best friends and are inseparable, but will that change when the dead start walking? All rights go to Robert Kirkman and AMC. The Walking Dead: Visions of the Future
A working man begins to have dreams of an apocalyptic future. At first he thinks it's stress that makes him dream strange things, but as the dreams start to become more realistic his way of he begins to change. "I hope these dreams don't come true," he said. These dreams show him a daunting future and it all gets worse when he realizes that this future is fast approaching. Our protagonist will have to face a variety of problems and dangerous situations, and he will have to decide what kind of future he will choose. Maybe our protagonist will decide to live in solitude, facing this future alone. Or perhaps, he will choose to live with the rest of the survivors he encounters facing even greater problems. ---- This is a novel of one person surviving in a zombie apocalypse. At first it will be a slow read, but as the story unfolds we will have a variety of chapters with different plots that will help the story along. This one will have suspense, action, a bit of horror (although I'm not good at that), and romance (a planned harem, but it may change). The title says it's from The Walking Dead (TWD), but the truth is that it's not set in any of the themes of the series or the games. It is a novel that uses the type of zombies that appear in this series, although with some changes. ---- It's my first novel so I accept the critics (I'll dodge the bad critics like Neo dodges the bullets in John Wick HAHAHA). ---- GENRES: ACTION/SUSPENSE/ROMANCE/KINGDOM-BUILDING/HAREM/+18(NOT SURE)/TERROR/THEWALKINGDEAD/TWD/ZOMBIES/SURVIVAL ---- I write for money, so I need the money to come to me with "storks". ---- By the way my native language is not English, in case you haven't noticed, and I rely on several very sophisticated translation tools (Google). ---- The cover image is generated by ai, but I don't know how to use the tool, and that's what resulted. ---- Just in case, this novel is being updated first on Webn0vel, along with my other novels.
