The time-independent world of Blue moon explores just a few of the many possible tales and supernatural events told to occur "once in a blue moon", introducing all sorts of colorful, magical spirits along the way, such as ghosts that wander in search of their significance, talking animals, and emissaries who walk between worlds. Some bring magic and aether into the world when the moon turns blue, much to the awe and delight of humans, but others wreak havoc, spread hatred, or aim to make people forget about the things dearest to them. What will become of this world that struggles to balance the material with the fantastic?
