Ancient Blood

Vera Clearwater has always been able to see through the veil. For as long as she remembers she had been tormented by the many creatures of the Fae, including them being the cause of her parent's deaths. Alone and with nowhere else to turn but death, Vera takes refuge in a shady supernatural auction facility where she learns that she isn't the only one who can see the Fae.

After three years being taught only the necessities of survival, Vera is to be sold off to the highest bidder. What will happen to her now?
