For high schooler Miranda, the stars serve as an escape from life's stressful moments, a way to gain perspective. And her go-to stargazing spot is the Cressview High observatory. But she's not used to other students joining her up there, let alone noticing her or listening to her ramble on about astronomy. Until she meets David. She's never noticed David before, but can a shared sense of wonder for the stars bring them together?
