Jughead of course would spy on her with cameras even after his so called "death." He tried keeping an eye on her but now seeing her every night having sex with a new man has been killing her. Now seeing her falling in love with another man...he's angered and finally has come out of hiding. Of course when he goes to see Betty she's angry, pissed off, she hates him for leaving her like this. He's upset and wants to love her but she doesn't know wether she can trust him again.
