Y la tercera condición, la que según todos consideran más curiosa es:

Con forme los trece niños crecen, su curiosidad por descubrir los misterios que rodean al apellido Villen crece con ellos y el seguir las condiciones que les pusieron, cada vez se vuelven más difíciles de obedecer
Porque ¿Cuál es el verdadero motivo por el que los adoptaron? ¿Por qué el vivir con los Villen conlleva condiciones? ¿A que se refieren con que los Villen están todos dementes? Y la más importante, la que los huérfanos se preguntaron desde que lo vieron, ¿Quién es en verdad el señor Villen?
