He promised so much in those eyes, only to take it all away. The old me would have been broken, but the new me has become too strong to accept less than what she deserves. Here are a bunch of my thoughts compacted together to try and make sense of the many confusing thoughts love throws our way. Love is confusing. Love is thrilling. Love is pain. Love is agony. But is it all worth it? Would it be easier just to walk away and let go before you get hurt? Heartbreak is never easy, but neither is loneliness. Unfortunately, you can't have your cake and eat it too in this world. You have to choose the safe road, or the highway. Which will it be? Love or loss? It's all in your hands.
