Elaine Potter is alone. Her father, William Potter, was murdered viciously by a Death Eater and is forced to go to Hogwarts in her 5th year. She meets a Slytherin boy named Regulus Black and is intrigued by his compelling nature and looks but is suspicious of secrets that he hides.
 In the meantime, she goes to the headmaster, Albus Dumbledore and searches for answers and discovers more of her past. Malevolence and deceit is covered by layers of history.
