Google would identify 'Hiraeth' as a Welsh term meaning the strong feeling of longing that is felt for someplace, something, or someone. This is a story of exactly the same thing. A longing. For Love. For acceptance. For belonging. And ultimately for peace.

Hiraeth: (n) a homesickness for a home you can't return to, or that never was. In which a witch and siphon long for a place they never fully understood.
