My first memory was opening my eyes and blinking multiple times as my eyes adjusted to the pale moonlight. I remember sitting up, my lips slightly parted as I took in a deep breath, inhaling and tasting all of the delicious flavors that floated on the wind. I had held a hand in front of my face, using the other one to balance myself, and studied each vein and finger with curiousness. Once I felt that I had studied my limbs enough I looked in front of me where a woman stood. Her features were everything but subtle. With every edge as sharp as a blade and every curve as round as an orange, I couldn't help but feel uneasy. The woman's hair draped down her broad shoulders but still somehow glimmered even with her facing away from the moonlight. Her long fingers went to a hood on her cloak and she brought it up so that I could only focus on her face and a front portion. I tried to use my vocal chords, which were still forming and winced in pain. They were tight and hurt as hell. The woman took a step closer to me and brought a finger to her lips. "Shh," She whispered before kneeling before me. "When you are feeling fully restored, run. Run like hell."
Cai became a detective when he moved to Colorado with his dick of a cat and Moria, his girlfriend. The three and Cai's partner in crime (He prefers to call her that but, it really should be against crime), Detective Williams try to discover a mysterious kidnapper.

I look around to see glares from women as slowly the whole place pays attention to us. By the end of the song I could feel sparks dance across my skin around the area he is touching me, a pull in my chest forms, wanting to be closer to him, we land in front of the stairs where the thrones sit That holds the former king and queen, they watch us with a raised brow. I gasp as I look up into the mans eyes as everything stops, his head lowers towards mine, our noses pass each other and our lips meet and instantly I know. He is my mate. I don't know who he is but I'm sure he is about to let me know. He breaks the kiss as he backs up keeping me close as He rips off his mask and he growls "Mine." A growl that sends a shiver down my spine. His breath taking face comes into view. People around gasps as some yells. "The Alpha King has found his mate," I gasp. It's been two years since he has gone to study abroad. I still remember the day I came to live in this house after my parent's death. I still remember the day when he suddenly came into my room. I was looking at him with shocked eyes because of his actions. He locked the door and started coming in my direction. I knew that I was in danger but I can't move my body. Bloody hell, my body was held by the cold gaze of his blue sea-colored eyes. With long steps, he was coming towards me, and in a flash of seconds, he was in front of me. He grabbed my hair making me look into his eyes, my eyes were close afraid of meeting his cold star but the next word from his mouth made my eyes short open. "Who was that man Jane with whom you were laughing and talking answer me. Who was he," he shouted in anger. I took in his appearance his jaw was clenched and his eyes were burning in anger. H-e-he saw me with him. I knew I was in danger. Now, what should I do was the big question for me. Warm tears filled my eyes ready to slip out from the corner of my eyes by remembering that day. The same frequent nightmare. He was back in the familiar forest, all the settings were same but today was different. Kelvin was on his heels while the beast after him. He had seen the beast set a local hut that obviously had people inside it on fire, the agonizing cries filled the forest hunting his sanity and before long blood started oozing out of the hut. Kelvin was so frightened that he couldn't help a scream escaping his mouth and that's how the beast noticed him. The run was long and torturous for Kelvin, for reasons he can't tell his body was heavy and difficult to move and the creature was getting closer with each passing seconds. They continued racing racing until Kelvin lost it, he halted to catch his breath but then he saw the same creature in his front with an evil smirk on its face showing his big fangs, his elongated nails were dripping with blood. " No matter how long you run, you can't run away from me. It's your destiny that I shall destroy you and then there will be no more prophecy! The beast continued with a smirk as he comes closer bit by bit. The moment Kelvin tried to run again it stretched his hand and grabbed his shoulder pinching him with the sharp nails...
