After Brittney Sutherland's father passed in May, her mom Danielle thinks its best if she starts fresh at a new school but Brittney wants to stay as close to where her dad had grew up. She eventually decides it's probably best to get a fresh start and Danielle and Brittney leave their precious home in Bowling Green and travel to Florida for the summer to start their hunt for a beach house. Soon enough the start of school comes around and Brittney meets Jude Mcdaniel's.
The school's starting Quarterback and leader on the basketball court. He's known for winning girls over with his ridiculous smirk along with his perfect ocean blue eyes. Although he gets a lot of ladies unlike most boys at South Trinity High he's sweet but my afraid of speaking his mind and being honest. He's known to of had a few girlfriends but nothing serious he stays on the radar until he meets Brittney.

"The moon's really beautiful, if you think about it," I blurted. "Yeah?" he asked, mild amusement and curiosity mingling in his voice. "Yeah," I confirmed. "It's just- there's something about the moon that's ethereal. I don't really know how to describe it, but it's a constant in life.
