Oceans reduced to small lakes. mutations run rampid. Former cities ruled by self proclaimed Kings. A young girl, Rebecca has a reoccuring dream of bringing the light back to the planet, she never knew. Rebecca and her older sister Diann cross the ruins searching for the Founding, which is the guardian of the dreamer of the stone, Rebecca has seen in her dreams. She does not understand.
