Russia and Prussia were hanging out at Ivan's apartment, until he opens a few bottles of vodka and... (disclaimer) I know you may be disappointed but I'm putting a mature content sign on this piece of fanfiction because I dont want underage children to read this, if you lied about your age I can't stop you, but all I can do is put a very weak block. (I don't ship this, I got the idea from a comment and I wanted to make it, I also don't role play because I like to keep social interactions to a minimum.)
