this is a writing collab I am doing with my friend @cheerupnecko ... we decided to do this collab due to this one time when we were on the bus, we were sitting in one of the seats together and we looked at the window and saw that below the glass on the metal part that there was writing. The writing said "I will miss this school" and we looked at each other realizing how depressing that sounds when you read or say it so we came up with a bunch of backstory ideas of how that got there and so we're writing our own stories about it.

She looks up at me, taking a step forward and smiling slightly, "How can I ever get hurt when I have you here to protect me?" "But you could have gotten hurt," I murmur softly, hanging my head and feeling my shoulders drop, the tension seeping from my body. I stood peering over the cold lifeless body that lay before my eyes. I had always thought of death the enemy, but right now, I blessed it upon the person who is now at peace. Sometimes you don't need to be the smartest, or the fastest, but you do need to be wisest.
