I want to start a little series where I interview some of the Greek gods. I'm not sure yet if I'll do all of them. I might do some of the more common ones and some minor gods too. This is my depiction of how they would act and answer the questions. There are many versions of them and many myths. I hope you like mine. Thanks again.

In a world where the gods of old still walk among humanity, their influence has faded into myth. The gods are now powerful but fractured entities, scattered across the earth, their divine powers diminished over the centuries. The gods still rule, but they do so behind the scenes, in secret realms hidden from mortal eyes. Hephaestus, once the divine blacksmith and god of fire, is no exception. However, he has withdrawn from his former glory and now lives in exile, cut off from both the pantheon and his divine forge. His once-vibrant forge lies dormant, its flames extinguished, and his heart hardened by betrayal.
