dangerous flood almost destroys the whole world. The remaining population tries to adapt on its own with what resources they had left. Eventually, the world has turned into a more advanced, "dystopian" society. But, an infectious disease breaks out, no one knows where it came from. Most of the population, which was already few, died of this disease, and is getting more serious.

Jungkook, a notorious criminal living on the East side of what is left of Korea. The East side is where all the people are who are poor. The East side is the slums. He is known all over the area as the most skillful thief, but also the most deadly. He has the speed, agility, and strength of an Olympian, but failed the test. He ventures to the West side with his best friend, Jimin, to find medicine for his little sister. The dangerous disease has spread to her.

Taehyung, the West sides "prodigy". The West side is the rich side, the side with the newest technology and medicine. He works for the government, tracking down murderers, criminals, anything you can think of. He is known as the "prodigy" because he passed the test with flying colors.
