With her grandmother's condition and not making enough money. The pressure is starting to take a toll on her financially and her getting by in medical school is stressing her out to the point that it seems impossible for her to focus on finishing medical school.
She is slowly watching her dreams and her world start crumbling right in front of her face; but what happens when she meets MMA fighter (Owen Harris) who offers her a deal that she cannot even refuse.
