A/N:This is a remake of a story I deleted awhile ago, I'm not very good at descriptions but here goes nothing..
Peter's parents and aunt were killed when their apartment caught on fire and burn down, a few months later his uncle was shot in a mugging gone wrong and bleed out on the sidewalk.
It's been years since that happened and know Peter's in Saint Alister's Orphanage and he's know 15 and is being hunted down by Shield and Hydra just for being Spider-Man from what Peter's gathered over the 6 months they've been hunting him Shield wants his identity and Hydra wants him to be the next Winter Soldier.
Steve and Tony got married (witch made New Yorkers lose their minds) and are looking to adopt a child, When Nick Fury sends the avengers out to try and capture Spider-Man.
A/N:This story uses the characters from the MCU so this is Tom Holland's version of Spider-Man
