Uchiha Itachi was a pacifist. He believed it till the end of his days, till the day his beloved brother helped Itachi sacrifice himself to the cause of Konohagakure's future. For his brother's future.
The first and longest war of the Uchiha clan's long battle was with it's mortal enemy; the Senju. It was everything that Itachi hated.
Child death, pointless violence and the seeds of hatred.
If only he learned more about it when he was a child.
