Elsa, Hiccup, Merida, and Rapunzel are recruited to join the Guardians and team up with Jack Frost to become the Big Five. The Guardians are a group of unique people, and creatures, that help protect the children of the world. Follow The Big Five on their journey to many different lands as they fight to end Pitch Black once and for all.

Alright so I know it sounds just like any other "big five" story you have ever read...but I promise it is so much more than that. Every story is unique and I just want to share my version of this fandom(?) with you.

This is a Jelsa story... I don't ship Jackunzel so I'm sorry if that's what you wanted but IT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN IN THIS STORY! I'm still debating if I want this to be a Merricup or Hiccstrid story. This story is a HUGE spoiler if you haven't seen any of the movies that it's based off of. SO... if you haven't seen Frozen, Tangled, Brave, Rise of the Guardians, or the first How to Train Your Dragon... DON'T READ THIS STORY! Jack is a guardian, Elsa can control her powers, Merida and her mother have healed their bond, Rapunzel has healing hair and hasn't met Eugene (yet), and Hiccup isn't gorgeous (yet).

The Big Four. Four BFFs from hundreds of years ago. A series of accidental meetings that blossomed into strong friendships. Until one of them moves. And then dies. The other three are devastated by this news. They decide not to have their planned meeting when they turn 18. But fate chooses to unite the four once more. They enjoy hours of reminiscing and story-telling, and get glimpses of how life has been good to each of them. My book follows the story lines of all of the movies almost exactly. I changed RotG to better fit the timeline, though, causing Jack Frost to become a Guardian very soon after dying instead of hundreds of years later. This is a Big Four story. It is not named after Bilbo's book for any particular reason. It's based off a picture I found on Pinterest that I added to the top of each chapter. Edited, as of 3/31/16!

War once again happened, Jack, Rapunzel, and the other are trying to defeat Pitch. But what he didn't know is that Pitch has a special weapon.

Harold threw the knife it penetrated Jack's arm. "Ah!" Jack groaned it pain. Harold shoved Jack, and he stumbled backwards and fell on his back, trying to stop the blood from leaking out of his arm. But Elsa's old best friend from middle school, Harold, comes back to S.S.I High School. Elsa's happy to see Harold again, considering she loved him back in 8th grade. Little did she know, Harold did, too. But fate brings them together anyway. And Elsa gets beaten up by Jack's ex-girlfriend because of it. Jack feels uncomfortable, knowing that Harold isn't the best person. They used to be friends, too, but Jack found out what a douche bag he could be, and stopped. It's Elsa birthday, and Harold and Elsa are still together. Jack and Punzie are a thing, now. Before her birthday, the gang was ignoring Elsa, and Elsa didn't really know why and left it alone, with or without Harold. But everything is as it should be by the time Elsas birthday comes- where they are all friends. Prom comes, and Harold asked Elsa. Anna with Kristoff, Rapunzel with Jack, and Merida with Hiccup. Harold gets a bit too ''handsy'' with Elsa, and she didn't like it. Jack got in the way to stop Harold, but that was a mistake. And a fight breaks out in the middle of the dance floor. He finds a red headed girl, a guy with shaggy brownish or blackish hair and a girl with long blonde hair, all he had to do was convince them, they're gonna have to train at North's place a lot if they have to defeat Pitch, who is by the way trying to crush children's spirits again. Can they do it?

Elsa has been living in New York with Hans, who considers her his little sister. Together they have been helping make each other’s dreams come true, and proving people that they can be and do whatever they want. What happens when Elsa’s past catches up with her? What happens when the big five finds her, and see's her success? Will there be love and friendship, or will hatred grow? (A/N: No this is not a Helsa book, and Hans is not going to be a bad guy either. I find it way too predictable.)
