Harlow Williams was basically born this way. The crash that killed her parents happened when she was only a year old so she couldn't remember a time without her powers. So after this she only had her older sister Graylynn and grandparents they never spoke to since they moved to Queens. 
Now there Harlow wants to put her powers of electricity to work and with her sister's technology manipulation they were a force to be reckoned with. When suddenly Harlow's second identity, Silver Spark, happens to save Queens masked hero her life changes forever.
