In the wake of a horrific accident, the inhabitants of an isolated English Manor are left as twisted and broken as the house itself.  Not even Lady Madeline escapes the flames as tension grows between her and her manipulative husband, with nothing between them but a smoking gun and a bottle of red wine. What could ensue, but chaos?
