Meet Abbie Thompson. The nerdy girl who had always had her life planned out and had the biggest dream career. She has lived in London with her Mum for a while now and with her new soon-to-be Step-Dad. Abbie's dad had died of cancer when she was only 5. She had to grow up without the fatherly figure and she never knew what love was.

Meet Luke Karklins. The bad boy of Hillford High School. He pulls pranks, uses the girls and has his own little gang. He is avoided and hated by all guys and the girls just fawn over him. Abbie and Luke have been neighbours for a while now and have only had the little encounters with one and other. That is until Abbie's brother comes home and finds out what business he is in and gets dragged into by Luke. 

The more time they spend together, the more they fall for each other but will their love be able to last or will it disappear like every gang Luke has destroyed? Will Abbie be able to destory the 'bad boy' image? Or will it still be lurking in the shadows with all the rumours?
