Seventeen year old Leslie Lorenzo has been haunted by the Voices for years. They've been plaguing her dreams and whispering in her ears but she has never known why. The reason is because of her supernatural ability. Her ability has a dark aspect to what she can do. She can either go dark and be able to control her power fully or she can stay where she is and have little control of her power. Leslie's slowly going insane as the Voices get more insistent and she doesn't know how much longer she can fight them. What will it take to destroy her willpower? To what lengths will the Voices go to have Leslie go dark?

In a world where the future isn't written but echoed, 17-year-old Lila hears the whispers of events yet to happen - but they're not hers. The echo she's been hearing for months is someone else's life, someone's fate, and that someone is in danger. As she tries to uncover the identity of the person behind the mysterious echoes, Lila finds herself caught in a web of secrets, shadowy figures, and a powerful organization that will do anything to keep their plans hidden. Can she stop what's coming before it's too late, or will the echoes become her own fate? First Chapter (Excerpt): I've always heard things. It started when I was younger - whispers of something I couldn't see, couldn't understand. At first, it was just faint sounds, like voices drifting from another world. But by the time I was sixteen, those whispers turned into something more - echoes. Clear, distinct, and impossible to ignore. It's strange. Most people think the future is something that hasn't happened yet. But for me, it's not that simple. I hear the future. The thing is, the future I hear isn't mine. I've been hearing her - a girl I don't know, yet know everything about. Her life, her fears, her pain. I can't explain how, but I hear her voice every night, calling out for help. I don't know her name. I don't know her face. All I know is that something horrible is coming for her. And if I can't stop it... then her fate might echo into mine. Tonight, I hear her again. The echo sharpens, clearer than ever before. "Help me, Lila. It's happening. They're coming." The echo fades. And just like that, I'm left with a choice - follow the voice, or ignore it and risk the consequences. I don't know why it's me she's calling to, but I can't just do nothing. I owe it to her. And to myself.
