He stood up and looked around displaying his teeth in what looked like a smile of satisfaction, then he stood up and walked to the door, by this time the other children were awake and staring. One was curled up in fear.

I turned the knife from him so that he wouldn't try and ram into it, killing himself. Instead, he saw the position of the knife, that pointed towards me, and smiled the most sinister smile. "Thanks." He said and still rammed into me, driving the knife through my body like a knife through butter, igniting a sharp and brutal pain. "Don't run from me Blaze it won't go well," he growls reading my thoughts causing me to freeze in my spot. "Do not ever think you can get away from me."

My hand slaps against my mouth as I try to shut myself up. Don't make too much noise...or he'll hear you. A vehicle's door opens then slams shut. I don't hear footsteps...but as the minutes go by I begin to hear them; the footsteps get louder and louder and louder, matching the sound of my thundering heart. That's when I see his shadow cast over the ditch...over the place where I tried to hide. "Well," he says with a smile in his voice. "I wonder where he could've gone...the footprints stop here...so I wonder if he just...disappeared?" My body begins to tremble. I can feel it now. The pain. I can feel the pain already. I laughed in his face, "What are you gonna do? Hit me?" I pushed, I wanted to prove a point, I wanted to show him how much of a monster he truly is. He released his grip, "No. No I'm not." He stood up and walked towards the door, running his hands through his hair. I was surprised, but decided to push further, to see how far I could actually push him. "Why not? You've done it before." I pointed out, my confidence growing now that he didn't hit me for that. He leaned on the door frame, his back to me. "Because I can't do it!" He yelled, turning around to face me. He strode towards me, anger fuming off of him. I cowarded away from him, scared he was going to hit me again. The man had never encountered a situation like this, but had always known in the situation what he should ask and do depending on the answers. "Where are your parents?" The child looked up at him with a blank expression on his pale face. The man could now see that the shadow had shrouded what appeared to be a large scar that crossed his left eye and disfigured his cheekbone. "I'm alone. There is nobody waiting for me," the boy almost chanted as if he had said the same thing many times before. The gentleman looked the boy full in the face. He couldn't have been more than eight. He recalled when he was young how important stable support was and was saddened for the boy, so he made the decision quickly and without much thought besides a quick thanks to his lord and savior. The boy curiously looked at the man as if he was half expecting him to change his mind; however, when the man extended his hand for as long as the boy waited there came a moment of realization that the man was not kidding. The boy did not smile, but he nodded his head in agreement and extended his hand to meet the gentleman. They returned to the gentleman's house, and the gentleman never could have expected that from that day on how his life would change.

Darkness seemed to seep from his body as he turned to face me, his eyes burned with actual fire. The fire disappeared then, in a way, I saw both fear and rage in his eyes as he stalked toward me. He grabbed the front of my tattered shirt and lifted me from the ground before slamming me against the wall. His eyes met mine for a split second and there I saw lust and something else mixed with rage. "How are you doing this to me?" He hissed before slamming his lips down on mine. I froze between him and the wall, surprised at the unknown feeling rushing through my body. Then, without my permission, my body reacted to his. My legs wrapped around his waist and my hands wrapped themselves in his hair. He groaned deeply as he pressed himself against me and I pressed my lower self against him harder. He bit my lower lip, demanding entrance to my mouth and that's when I got control of myself. I unwrapped myself from him and bit his lip as hard as I could, bringing blood. I pushed him away and he dropped me. He laughed and wiped the blood from his mouth as I stood. "I knew you wanted me." I laughed. "Me making you bleed is a sign that I want you? Man, the worlds changed a lot in the last five minutes." He chuckled. "Sweetheart you have no idea." And at that he walked away from me a huge smirk spread across his face. "Oh and Sweetheart just be glad I didn't kill you, I could have stolen your soul right then and there."
