He looked at me and smirked and before I knew it, a slap kissed my cheek. I cried out in pain.
"I knew your like would lack manners but little one I will teach you your first lesson and that is, nobody asks me anything" he kicked me in my face with his big boots and I fell back and groaning in pain. He stood up and looked around displaying his teeth in what looked like a smile of satisfaction, then he stood up and walked to the door, by this time the other children were awake and staring. One was curled up in fear.
Before he walked out the door, he turned to me and said "Welcome to Death territory" with that he slammed the door and walked out.

He had stopped and was watching us both run away, probably evaluating which one of us he had a better chance with. I turn back to look where I'm going when I hear a loud bang. I scream. Pain flares up in my lower leg as though something bit me. The bullet ripped through my leg but stopped as I clearly have no exit wound. Expecting the man to have almost caught up with me, I look up only to see his back as he runs after Michael. *** 18 year old Blaze is kidnapped and taken from her home town along with her best friend Michael. We held our breath as we heard footsteps enter the dark room. My heart raced and I covered my mouth to keep from screaming as tears ran down my cheeks. This, of course, isn't their first time in detention but something seemed different. The teacher leaves to do something leaving the kids completely unsupervised which was kind of weird. He usually left some goody two shoes to watch them but this time there was no one except them. Creepy things begin to happen and they find themselves locked in the school. What was this? "I wonder where he could've gone...the footprints stop here...so I wonder if he just...disappeared?" My body begins to tremble. I can feel it now. The pain. I can feel the pain already. He jumps down into the ditch...he stands directly in front of me, with his back facing me. My hand presses harder against my mouth as I try to suppress my whimper, but it's way too late now.
