Emily More moved back home to Spring Peek after losing her mother and took possession of the little cafe' her mother owned. Emily tries to live a normal life, even though she is haunted by the Whispers every waken moment of her life. Will Emily be able to find peace again? Or will the Whispers be the cause of her demise? As a child, Emily had been visited by shadow people she called the Whispers and unaware she was communicating with the dead. **************************************************************************************** Emily stood frozen in the midst of the fog, "Emily...He's behind you." Clammy hands touched her body as the voices next to her ear taunted her," The blood of a virgin is sweet....when He comes for you, you'll be his treat...He'll only take from you, your flesh and bone then, my dear, he'll lead you home...the master watches over you whenever you sleep Emily...." Traumatized from her experiences in the fog, Emily decides the next morning to go to the town's local library, and collect all the information she can find out on the dead. In her research, she meets Eric Daniels- the handsome new owner of the library. The two become fast friends during their research together, learning the reason why she's been able to see and hear the dead for all these years, finding out she's a Medium. Eric contacts Dominick White, a well known respected Medium in his field, to help Emily with her gift. In the end, will Dominick or Eric really be Emily's friend? Or will one of them be the most feared demon of all?
