Harmonie-Grace Harrison grew up in a family that lived and breathed music, which was only suiting considering who her parents were. However, when her ailing grandmother, Dorothea Johnson, has no one to look after her, Harmonie decides that her gap year of traveling can be paused and she moves across the Atlantic to take care of her. There Harmonie starts college at New York University, majoring in Photography and soon she finds herself delving into the history of Greenwich Village where she's living and the nightlife that calls the village home. And, it's during one of her escapades when she meets the son of a folk singer and up and coming performer himself, Jeff Buckley.
