A Johnlock Fanfic

There is something between John and Sherlock, even if they won't accept it. But when a new member of Scotland Yard starts hanging out with John, Sherlock can't contain his jealousy. 

John is in the works of planning a surprise for Sherlock, but everything could be ruined. Not only by Sherlock's jealousy, but by the voice of a dead man asking Sherlock "Did you miss me?"

John, 15 years old, moves with his family into a new house, which they could just afford, his stepfather, who is always drunk, hates John, which is why he often hides in closets to avoid being knocked out. John Watson's first day of Uni starts off rather strangely when he is suddenly forced to switch rooms and meets the strange and mysterious Sherlock Holmes. No matter how hard John tries he just cannot get a good read on his new roommate, even though Sherlock was able to figure everything about John's life out in a matter of seconds. The more time they spend together the more John wonders, will they every really be friends, could they possibly be more than that one day? Or will a secret of Sherlocks destroy any chance of a future for them? Completed The characters in the book are property of BBC. I do not own any of these characters. "He was on his knees in John's room, completely and utterly panicking, and there was nothing he could do about it, his system wasn't working. He didn't hear the door open. Didn't hear John rush to his side, fall on his knees, and gently rub his back. But he felt a comfortable heat next to him. And could inhale his scent." Or Sherlock has to go undercover as John Watson and at the sight of his uniform he has the first panic attack of his life, so strong that he doesn't know what to do. John hears him and rushes in, stays by his side till he feels better and as minutes go by they fall asleep together. Sherlock finds out that John has an amazing voice, as he wakes up hearing sweet words sang above his head. Thanks to @_dracomalfoy_ cause he's the best Beta and whom I love so so much <33 This is OS number two out of two that mention Taylor Swift songs. Song mentioned: Jump then fall (Taylor's Version).

Distinctive changeable eyes, lined by a row of long dense lashes, showed an expression of a wild animal standing in the glare of approaching headlights. Of a man driven into a corner. Simply expressed, an expression of pure horror, something you don't see on a famous consulting detective most of the time. John opened his mouth, but after a realisation that he has no idea of what he wanted to say, he closed it again. He wasn't welcomed by a mutilated, smashed face. The severed spine could be ruled out straight away, and he seemed to have all his limbs as well. He felt an endless relief when he saw solid, uninjured skin where the blood flowed the last time. Nevertheless, the scene he was offered tugged the carpet under his feet and he had to admit (if a bit grudgingly) that Mycroft was right-he did not exaggerate when warning him it might be a shock.
