The school isn't exactly what you would call safe, but it's the only place in the state that Scarlett's family could afford. A few years after moving to Goldenday City, Scarlett had noticed a few "off" things. Not gang "off", but "off". It started when a scientist was testing a vaccination for 'West Nile Encephalitis' on an animal...
