Cobra is a sandwing with skywing ancestry. She lives a normal life in the Scorpion Den until her life is turned upside down. Her sister Viper is taken by the Talons of Peace. And from that point on Cobra gets into more trouble. Follow Cobra as she escapes death, finds the truth, and meets love. How will her story go?
This is based off of Tui. T Sutherland's Wings of Fire. And yes Viper is the same one from the original Wings of Fire series.

After ten years, when the war of the SandWing Succession has finally come to a glorious ending and the Eye of Onyx has crowned Thorn as their new SandWing queen, Soaren, the surviving SkyWing, has been having trouble living in the pit for ten years all his life. When his IceWing guardian was about to die of SandWing venom, Soaren was determined to save him by travelling to the Rainforest, where he heard he could retrieve the cure for the venom. It would have been easier than going to the Sand Kingdom. But as Soaren flies through his journey, he meets a peculiar dragon as he passes the Sea Kingdom and some interesting dragons while he stays in the Rainforest. However, a strange occurrence happened at Jade Mountain. He and a few friends try to solve the mystery, gathering up all the clues while the SkyWing wonders if he should go back to his guardian. Soaren had hid his true identity as the 'lost' SkyWing, but he needs to eventually open up. With the NightWings in the Rainforest, more mind readers will be born and they'll find out who he is. But worst of all, he'll have to face something far more terrible than anyone could have imagined... This story is an unofficial 4th arc to the original wings of fire series. There are 5 books planned in this unofficial sequel to our beloved wings of fire. I would like to give huge credits to Tui.Sutherland for coming up with the wings of fire and its universe where this book takes place in, and for giving me the first book series that could entertain me for hours on end. FYI this book was originally drafted when I was much younger so spelling and punctuation mistakes are inevitable, I tried to catch them out but I am just unable to see mistakes in my own writing, so apologies for that. These books will be more gory than the original WoF series but still acepptable for readers above 13, they are kind of meant to be for people a bit older than what was intended with the original WoF. I will and am trying my best to keep the writing style and lore close to how Tui. writes it to make it feel more like you are reading a real continuation of her books. He attends Jade Mountain Academy meeting Moonwatcher, another mind reader. He meets new friends, his winglet. He soon finds out about dark secrets along with his newly found friends. Death follows, with a great danger lurking above them. Will Nightfighter and his friends survive? Or will they die trying? If you haven't read the books yet, this might be a bit confusing because this takes place first in book six and takes some information from book 7. Most of this book was made before book 9: "Talons of Power" so I might get some stuff wrong. Wings Of Fire and it's characters does not belong to me but to Tui T. Sutherland, all rights are hers.
