Alyvia is a senior in high school with "perfect" grades and strict mother. Sam is a senior as well, but doesn't give a second of attention to his grades. During their freshman year, they met each other. They began dating in secret. Neither one of them could slip up and let Alyvia's mother have any suspicion. Both of them were busted when she found out. Instead of apologizing to her mother, Alyvia confessed her love to Sam. Her mother was so enraged that she packed up her family and moved them across the country, leaving Sam behind. Alyvia is getting her life started again, when a new situation proposes itself.
