Three years after the collapse of global superpowers and the rise of vampires as the dominant species, humanity has been reduced to slaves and pets. In a sprawling, nightmarish mansion ruled by The Nightshade Collective-a powerful coven of high-ranking vampires-Luke and his best friend Jake toil as human slaves, stripped of identity and hope. Each day, they navigate the brutal hierarchy of the mansion, where every misstep could lead to punishment, death, or worse.

When a rare opportunity arises in the form of a stolen key, Luke, Jake, and a small group of slaves and pets seize their chance to flee. But their escape plan unleashes chaos. Luke's desperate gambit to release feral vampires-mindless, ravenous creatures kept imprisoned beneath the mansion-creates a bloody diversion that pits predator against predator.
