Victoria Greywater's story is interesting in that it really begins many years before she was born. How do an eldrin navy officer and a young Irish peasant girl fall in love? How do they live their lives? And what destiny can their daughter have? From the canons of 1812, to the mighty balls of the Victorian nobility, what can this one half-elf Irish black sheep do?

Plight of an Empire

64 partes Concluida

Tragedy strikes at the heart of the Rundilean Empire. A king has been murdered and the long sustained peace is threatened for the first time since the founding of the empire, generations ago. All the while, to the far north, in a desolate land known only as the Tundra, an old enemy is stirring for the first time in thousands of years. Amongst the political discord and supernatural strife, sits Audriel Pellinor, heir to the throne of the empire, who refuses to follow tradition and find a husband. This epic tale follows a myriad of people across the empire who have everything at stake in this plight. At the center of it all, Audriel struggles with the uncertainty of who she can trust as plots abound to kill her and usurp her throne. First draft completed. Will be editing hard copy now. Note, I'm in the process of adding character lists at the back of the book for any who might be confused as to who is who.
