Life is mysterious. It's always making bad things happen to good people, giving innocent people some of the hardest burdens. Rory knows this all too well. When she was 4 years old her father up and left, leaving only divorce papers behind, forcing her to grow up with just her mom and their hyperactive dalmatian, Flash. She considers herself lucky to have the life that she does, knowing that things can always be worse. But what occurs when the worst think DOES happen?
A terrible tragedy forces some big life changes. Rory has to cope with a new life, make a lot of changes and find herself all over again. Can she survive these changes and save herself from spiraling down to rock bottom?
