What would you do if your world did a 180 turn around the summer of your senior year of high school? That's how life was for Aubrey Rose. The summer of her junior year of high school Aubrey and her older brother Kaleb were driving down the road coming back from their mom's house in North Carolina when Kaleb fell asleep at the wheel causing the car to hit a power line and tumble into a ditch. 2 weeks later Aubrey woke up in the ICU with no memory of what happened and no vision in both eyes, her brother Kaleb had been in a coma the whole time, and they did not know of he would wake up. How will she cope with the loss of her vision in a world made for the sighted and the busy high school hallways?
