On a city like no other, the water floating Electropolis and the air hoisted Nimbus, lies two men. Vincent 'Vinnie' Vitale and his close friend and associate, Mikhail 'Mikkie' Beletsky, are two notorious illegal bounty hunters, who hunt for a living. The police want them arrested, the underworld want them dead, and now the entire city is threatened by a violent, hidden and dangerous plan that could turn the entire city upside-down.

Tom gets worried, because he doesn't trust Emmerich at all. Tom loses his temper and everything just goes downhill. Emmerich won't give up so it ends up in a fight between Emmerich's group and Tom's gang.
