She eventually got kicked out of the Galaxy Garrison and was all alone. That is, until she met him. She didn't think she'd fall for Keith, and she especially didn't think he'd fall for her. He was her best friend, and her brother's best friend at that. She never thought her life would be filled with such sadness, loneliness, happiness, love, friendship, or aliens. Especially not aliens. Voltron: Rise of the Lion Defenders
For millennia, the Galra Empire has plagued the universe by destroying civilizations and enslaving various races. The only threat to the empire is the legendary "Defender of the Universe" Voltron, a 328-foot tall robot warrior composed of five lion robots, based on their own elements, whose pilots are known as Paladins. At the crux of the war that ended with the destruction of planet Altea, King Alfor separated Voltron to protect him from falling into the evil Galra King Zarkon's possession. King Alfor sent the Voltron Lions across the universe to different locations to hide them from Emperor Zarkon. Princess Allura, Alfor's royal adviser Coran, and the Altean Castle of Lions were hidden on planet Arus along with the Black Lion. In the present, the Galra Empire's path of conquest and search for Voltron has led them to Earth's solar system. A group of space pilots-Shiro, Keith, Lana, Pidge, and Hunk-discover the Blue Lion and immediately get swept up into the Galran War. (Y/N) started out at the Garrison with her life long friends Takashi Shirogane and Keith Kogane. Shiro was 24 and she was just a year younger than him, while Keith was 6 years younger than her. All the same they were her best-friends at the Garrison. Sadly, Shiro went missing during his mission to Kerberos and she was left devastated. She dropped out of the Garrison and Keith followed. She told him she was leaving and he agreed to follow her. He'd sworn to Shiro he'd watch out for her before he left. And so, they went off to live in the dry desert. Every night while Keith was sleeping, she would go outside and look up at the stars and hope Shiro would return. Her wish was granted. But something very unexpected came along with it.
