Synergy

Weirdly enough this story came to me in a dream.

Astrid Hallow was a normal girl from Steilacoom, WA then her whole world gets flipped upside down. She is taken from her home by a secret government organization called S.O.T.G. and finds out she has the ability to teleport which has been dormant in her DNA, until being unlocked by stimulating a near death experience. She also finds she has the power of energy manipulation and is an energy intuitive after meeting Kip a mysterious guy who's lived at the school since he was a little boy. Who may an even darker secret of his own. She knows she shouldn't trust him but something about him draws her to him. While attending the school of the gifted she realizes everyone's a little crazy. But she manages to make a couple friends, a seer and an elemental who has the power to manipulate natural elements. She finds out the school is using everyone for the agenda of an ancient terrestrial being who not only wants control of earth but control of her home planet dimension where she was banished from as well. Astrid, wants to escape and get her old life back, but soon realizes she has a way more important role to play and the fate of the world may be in her hands.

*This story was inspired by a lot of events and people that have happened in my life. It touches on drug addiction, unhealthy relationships, and mental illness. At the time being this was an important thing for me to write and get out there, thanks for checking it out.
