Have you ever wondered how life was being the big girl in class? Jazmine has. During middle school she was constantly bullied, even by the one person who she thought was always going to be by her side and stick with her through thick and thin. The separation of her parents forced her to move away to Chicago, where the majority of her family lives.
While living in Chicago, she became a stonger individual and her self esteem rose. She worked hard to become who she is today as a senior in high school. The majority of her support came from her father who suddenly passed away. The sudden death of him had Jazmine curious, even though she had to go back home to New York it didn't stop her from pursuing the life her father lived.

High school is the period of your life where you feel older and independent. It's also the time where you're restricted and forced into a slim expectation by standards and norms. High school is the last bit of youth you have before you are let loose into the sticky web of life. Within your last years of schooling, your habits and behaviors are what determine if you are a fly or a spider (at least that's what some people say). Clare Carter and her new group of friends are kicking off the school year in a powerful way as they battle new conflicts and the process of becoming high school students and young adults. Each character has their own unique story and background that will represent how they take each situation that comes up. They must tackle drama that takes place at school and home, as well as survive the activities that Freshman get to experience (homecoming, clubs, heartbreaks/relationships, the stress of doing well in school and figuring out a plan after they graduate). This group of friends are scheduled for a wave of realization if they think they'll stick together throughout all four years of high school. This story is created with my OCs that I have fun drawing. This is not an attempt to be a grand author or writer. I am merely using this opportunity as experience for fleshing out my characters and their personalities and backgrounds. I walk out my dorm building to the cafe. Just as I'm about to open the door I hear a person call out my name. I turn around to see the person jogging towards me. It all started my sophomore year of high school. The first symptom that struck me was the constant headaches. I was easy to brush it off since I had been overwhelmed with before and after school activities. More activities meant more coffee to poison the pain of maintaining my reputation.
